Writer’s block is ruinous—and it can affect anyone, transmogrifying, seemingly without rhyme or reason, a verdant academic’s Hulk-like invulnerability into Banner-like puniness (sometimes for years on end). What, if anything, can be done to mitigate its effects after onset or, better yet, prevent it from ever happening in the first place? In this workshop, we will explore the psychological reasons for writer’s block and evaluate both short- and long-term means to efficaciously smashing this arch-enemy of ours completely out of mind.
You can register until June 25, 2021. This registration will be binding. Free spaces are allocated according to the principle of "first come, first served". Should you be unable to participate, you may cancel your registration until Wednesday, June 30, 2021. For unexcused absences, we do reserve the right to refuse future participation in Writing Center events. Thank you for your understanding.
