Description
What is meant by “style” in writing? More importantly, what is meant by “academic style” in the writing done at the university and for professional purposes? In this four-hour workshop designed especially for doctoral students, we will discuss and apply the most important elements in English writing that will allow us to communicate ideas and arguments effectively and eloquently. Attendees are encouraged to bring along a work-in-progress as a Microsoft Word document for workshopping.

You can register until November 12, 2021. This registration will be binding. Free spaces are allocated according to the principle of "first come, first served". Should you be unable to participate, you may cancel your registration until Wednesday, November 17.
