Having trouble showing your personality in your application essays? Not sure how to replace worn-out language clichés ("appreciate the opportunity", "intercultural possibilities") with some descriptive content? In this workshop, we’ll look at some successful and not-so-successful motivational essays, and we’ll have the chance to work on any rough drafts you would like to bring along. We will focus on peer feedback and advice, as well as some general tips and tricks from successful scholarship applicants. This workshop will take place in English, but the strategies can be applied to applications in many languages.
