Workshop-Beschreibung
A well-groomed academic style is vital to make a good impression with a paper. However, there are two variables constituting this style: content and appearance. This workshop will focus mainly on the latter—the little things that need to be set correctly to let the paper unfold the impact of its content without disturbances. These little things include, among others, the use of commas, quotation marks, and apostrophes, as well as capitalization and a bit of layout. As these mistakes can be encountered at all stages of a writer’s life, students on both the advanced and the beginner level are invited to participate.
